ReplyDeleteI have been thinking about you today Angus. I bet you were nervous about your exam. I'm looking forward to hearing how you got on.
ReplyDeleteHello Jake's Nana! I'm so glad that you have posted to our wall. Jake said that he had been showing your our blog and how to use it. The students have made some awesome lead light designs.
ReplyDeleteHey Miss Paterson,
ReplyDeleteSorry I havent been at school over the past week my Nan died early on Saturday morning and we went to Rotorua later that day. I also apoligise for not writing on the blog when I was away, we were at Tapuaeharuru (our marae) and we had no access to electricity. I hope you had a good week and did well in your mihi on Tuesday.
Thats all for now,
Chanelle
Hi Chanelle I'm so sorry to hear about your Nan. My thoughts have been with you and your family this week. We did miss you at school we knew that you were where you were meant to be. My course was postponed so I didn't get to do my Mihi. We are doing it next month which is good for me because I need more practice. I visited a bi-lingual class today. They speak Maori and English. They welcomed me, sang to me and each child in their class did their mihi. I had to do my mihi back. I made quite a few mistakes because I was very nervous saying it for the first time in front of people I didn't know but I felt good for giving it a go. I am looking forward to seeing you when you get back to school. Enjoy your weekend.
ReplyDeleteMiss Paterson you had a good go with your mihi.
ReplyDeleteThank you Jake. I think everyone in our class has made progress with their mihi.
ReplyDeleteHave a good game CSC this week people.I am happy I dont have to go to Brittanys game this week when she plays netball too.If i do have to go to Brittanys game sometimes i just go watch a little bit of CSC.I have League Alec,Michael,Tom and I will vs Subirds.I dont like Subirds because they are to hard.Good game everyone who plays sport this week.
ReplyDeleteI played league but sadly I only7 played 10 mins because i hurt my leg and could not walk on it.i am better now but still cant walk good.
ReplyDeleteHey Friends,
ReplyDeleteWe played netball today at 2:00 and we versed C.S.C F. We won 11-12!!!! The players of the day were Cliantha and Emily, They did really well.
I hope all the weekend sport went well...
I played hockey agains Angus,Fergus,Thomas and Hayden we darwed 3 all it was fun. I really engiyed a bit of a challenge because, I was the only fullback, we only had 10 because Meg was not playing properly so she went home. I loved it so much and its the first exciting game I have had in a while the girls are to good to have the ball go back far enugh for me to get.
ReplyDeleteThe most wearidest thing was that Dad took half of the day off to come watch me play, and he is such an embrassment, and he was also calling me my family nickname across the feild very embrassing.
Thanks so much for having a great game, Angus,Fergus,Thomas and Hayden, it was really worth turning up for but next time we will win and thats a promise.

ReplyDeleteIt sounds like the netball and hockey was fun. Well done Chanelle for your win. Congratulations to Cliantha and Emily for getting Player of the Day.
The hockey teams must have been pretty evenly matched to get a draw. I bet it was a good game.
We drew with subirds for a long time then lost by 2 trys
ReplyDeleteCongradulations Angus, and Kendal your dad must be closely related they have to much in common. + Since your hockey teams drawed maybe next time you migh draw again!!!!!! Good luck BOTH teams for your next games.

ReplyDeleteHi everyone,
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry I wasn't at school today. I think I have the same flu as Jake. I spent the day in bed with a really bad headache and sore throat. I have nearly used a whole box of tissues today because my nose just won't behave itself! I'm hoping that I will feel better in the morning so I can get back to school with you. I have so many exciting things I want to do with you all this term and the time is ticking away! I hope you get well soon Jake. I'm not sure who posted the comment about the netball?
C.S.C. F was really agresive, But Cliantha's partner GA got really angry when you were gaurding her and said we contacted but we didn't BUT WE STILL WON!!!! (:
