Room 5 is a Year 6 & 7 class at St Patrick's School in Greymouth, New Zealand.
We are using this blog as a space to share our learning and to keep in touch with each other over the weekend.

Ok this saterday afternoon is a big day.So today is a big day because its GRAND FINALS DAY.After the finals I will go home and get clean.I am not sure when but today is our break up for league.My team will go for a swim before the break up but I cant go because its just a rush.I hope I win a award.I might not get a award but the most inportant thing is the finals.7 hours to go til kick off and this is the bit I wanted to do my whole life on a league feild.Run out onto the feild by running out of that walkway thing.I will tell you after the game about it or maybe after the break up.
At 11 this morning CSC G had there last game of netball!!!! We won 24-16 against Grey Valley Bumblebees. The game was very close and in the third quarter I fell over when I was trying to get the ball!!! It still hurts right now and half of my leg is grazed and the colour of off purple... Our netball team won the cup and at three our team is going back to the netball courts to claim it. YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYA WE WON IN OUR GRADE FOR THE WHOLE SEASON!!!! A huge thank you to the coaches Mechelle Thwaites and Tracy Haugh!!!!!!
Well sadly we lost 22 - 12. We all won a silver medal. Ok Tom had a good run and even Alec did to.It was a good game.I will tell you about the break up after maybe.a
We came first in our netball grade and got two trophies for our team!!! It was a great season thanks to our coaches. We are going away for a netball trip next weekend.Its going to be great.
Yay we came 1st in netball. Had some hard game's this year but we done it. Big thank's to our Coaches Mechelle and Tracey and a big thanks to the supporter's and referee's. (: Netball Prize giving thing was good two trophie's YIIPY (:
It sounds like the netball was very successful this weekend. Congratulations girls! Sorry to hear your league didn't go so well Jake but wasn't it great that your team made the semi finals? That is something to proud of. It is very exciting that you are having a birthday on Monday Katie :)
Hi, we came back from Blenheim yesterday. Our West Coast hockey team got third overall, Nelson got first Buller got second.We lost to Nelson 1-0 and Buller 3-2 but Nelson bet Buller 5-0 and we only lost by one to Nelson. :]
