Hi guys,
Just a reminder that you have a permission slip for Shantytown that you took home today. Please remember to fill it in and get it signed. The cost is $6.00 per student.
For those of you are off sick this week (and there is quite a few of you!) here is the information:
When: Friday 16th September, leaving school at 9.10, leaving Shantytown at 2pm
Where: Shantytown
Who: Room 5 with Mrs Prendergast
What you need: $6.00 for bus, walking shoes (no sandals or backless shoes), morning tea and lunch, water (there are no drinking fountains at Shantytown), permission slip (if you were absent today and didnt get a slip your parents can ring in or send a signed note if you are coming back to school on Friday)
Room 5, remember some important internet safety rules when using this site (and others): never give your full name, never give your phone number, address or email details, don't mention where you will be at a particular time, don't put any of that information on the net about anyone else, think carefully if you respond to anyone else's comments because they can't hear your tone of voice, do not call people names or put them down
Welcome to Room 5's Blog
Room 5 is a Year 6 & 7 class at St Patrick's School in Greymouth, New Zealand.
We are using this blog as a space to share our learning and to keep in touch with each other over the weekend.
